Congress supports the International Federation of Midwives in Bali
Background:
The International Congress of Midwives (ICM) 2023, was a landmark event bringing together midwives, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and stakeholders from around the world. The theme for 2023 was “Empowering Midwives: Strengthening Maternal and Newborn Health”. The congress provided an invaluable platform for various sessions, workshops and presentations focused on the latest advancements in midwifery practices, evidence-based research, and innovative technologies to improve maternal and newborn outcomes globally.
Our Solution:
Congress Indonesia was proudly chosen to supply a comprehensive conferencing and interpretation solution. With industry leading Bosch conference microphones, and ISO-compliant interpretation equipment, we facilitated discussions and multilingual requirements for the international delegates.
The Main Congress 11-14 June:

3 x ISO-compliant Audipack soundproof interpreter booths equipped with simultaneous interpretation equipment.

1000 x Bosch Integrus infrared receivers and headsets.
Attendees of the main congress, proceeded into Nusa Dua Hall 5, the biggest room in Bali. At the door all participants requiring interpretation were handed a receiver with headphones. They were able to listen to either English, Indonesian, French or Spanish. For receiver management we provided bilingual crews to cater for the diverse range of participants and the languages they spoke.
The Council Meeting, 7-9 June:

90 x Bosch NG conference microphones.
Each delegate participating in the meeting spoke using a push-to-talk microphone system and listened to live simultaneous interpretation in either English, Japanese, Spanish, or French using their headsets.
