Event Overview
Governors from 19 Asia Pacific central banks met in Bali for a closed-door strategic discussion to shape SEACEN’s direction for 2026 to 2030. Congress Indonesia was engaged to provide an integrated conference microphone and automated camera solution so every contribution was clearly heard and accurately displayed on in-room screens. It delivered real-time speaker identification and consistent on-screen camera selection throughout the meeting, within tight room layout constraints and a complex multi-vendor workflow.

Our Solution
Congress Indonesia delivered a microphone-linked video automation system that seamlessly integrated PTZ cameras with all conference microphones.
The setup included:

22 Bosch DICENTIS delegate microphones for clear, intelligible speech at every position.

6 PTZ cameras to provide speaker close-ups with fast, reliable transitions.
When a delegate activated their microphone, the assigned camera recalled its preset and automatically framed the speaker. Video was routed to in-room displays, with speaker name overlays enabled to support clear identification for all attendees.

Key Challenges and How They Were Addressed
Multi-Vendor Technical Coordination
Challenge: Integration across audio, vision, and PCO teams with differing signal flow and show control requirements.
What we did: Led a structured integration plan from pre-production to rehearsal, confirming routing, naming conventions, and camera preset mapping before installation.
Result: Microphone audio and camera automation aligned cleanly with the venue workflow, with no operational changes required during sessions.
Delegate Desk Structure & Cable Management
Challenge: Custom desk design restricted mic placement and concealed cable paths.
What we did: Worked with the PCO in advance to lock desk positions, confirm cable access points, and plan tidy cable runs.
Result: A secure, unobtrusive setup that preserved the room aesthetic and reduced the risk of dropouts or accidental disconnections.

The Outcome
The meeting ran smoothly, with clear floor audio at every seat and consistent automatic camera selection for each active microphone. Delegates had uninterrupted visibility of the current speaker, and the production team avoided manual camera switching, supporting a more polished in-room experience for an executive-level closed-door forum.
Congress Indonesia successfully demonstrated its ability to support executive-tier financial governance meetings, providing discreet, reliable, and technically refined solutions that enabled SEACEN to focus entirely on strategic decision-making.
