Event Overview
The 30th Meeting of the ASEAN Senior Level Committee on Financial Integration (SLC) took place in Yogyakarta from 18 to 19 September 2025. Co-hosted by Bank Indonesia and the State Bank of Vietnam, the event brought together senior representatives from all ten ASEAN member states to discuss cross-border financial collaboration and digital payment innovation.
Discussions focused on enhancing regional financial integration, expanding the use of local currencies in cross-border transactions, and advancing the adoption of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) to strengthen ASEAN’s digital payment systems.
Congress Indonesia was engaged to deliver a fully integrated, camera-linked conference system that enabled smooth, high-quality communication throughout the two-day meeting.

Navigating Challenges
Delivering a high-level ASEAN meeting required precise coordination, technical innovation, and disciplined teamwork. Congress Indonesia overcame several key challenges to ensure the success of the event.

Integrating Multiple Technical Systems:
The conference setup incorporated multiple layers of technology, including Bosch Dicentis microphones, PTZ cameras, and venue audiovisual infrastructure, all of which were operated by different teams. Ensuring these systems worked seamlessly required meticulous planning and live testing.
The Congress Indonesia engineering team configured real-time communication between microphones and cameras, enabling automatic camera switching the moment a delegate’s microphone was activated. This reduced manual control requirements and created a consistent, professional visual output for the meeting’s live display and recordings.

Optimising The Physical Meeting Space:

The chosen venue had limited flexibility in table layout and cabling access. The delegate desks had to accommodate discreet microphone and camera cabling without disrupting the professional appearance of the room. Congress Indonesia worked closely with the PCO to refine the desk arrangement and cable routing plan, ensuring both visual neatness and operational reliability.
The Outcome
The meeting was delivered flawlessly, with clear sound and dynamic visuals enhancing engagement among delegates. The automated link between microphones and cameras created an immersive, television-quality experience that supported open, transparent discussion on regional financial cooperation.
