Pediatric Science and Health Summit 2026
Gathering Pediatric Specialists to Explore Critical Child Health Topics
The Pediatric Science and Health Summit 2026 brought together pediatricians, healthcare specialists, researchers, and industry professionals at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort for a full day of scientific discussion and professional education. Organised by PT. Panacea Health Solusindo for Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia, the summit explored key areas of child health, including early-life nutrition, brain development, gut health, immunity, and the critical stages of childhood growth, along with showcasing new products.
Attendees
Attendees included pediatricians, gastroenterologists, neuroscientists, nutrition specialists, and general health practitioners from across Southeast Asia and international institutions. The program also featured prominent Indonesian healthcare leaders, including Prof. Taruna Ikrar, Head of Indonesia’s Food and Drug Authority (BPOM), who delivered a keynote presentation on advancing children’s brain and cognitive health, and Dr. dr. Piprim Basarah Yanuarso, Chairperson of the Indonesian Pediatric Society (IDAI), who addressed the connection between clinical science and excellence in child healthcare.
Sessions
Throughout the day, delegates attended keynote lectures and plenary sessions, clinical symposia, specialist masterclasses, interactive expert panels and case discussions, scientific oral presentations, and e-poster presentations. Topics ranged from neuroplasticity, early childhood nutrition and the gut microbiome to pediatric pulmonology, food allergies, iron-deficiency anaemia, stunting and digestive health. The diverse program required an audio solution that could support multiple simultaneous sessions while allowing delegates to easily access the content relevant to them.

16-Channel Silent PA Across an Outdoor Exhibition Environment

Congress Indonesia was engaged to provide a Silent PA solution capable of distributing clear audio across 16 channels to approximately 400 delegates.
The system was built around a 16-channel transmitter, six high-power infrared radiators, and 400 infrared receivers with wired headphones. Radiators were positioned to provide direct line-of-sight coverage throughout the target listening areas, helping maintain reliable signal distribution as delegates moved through the outdoor environment.
Congress Indonesia also coordinated with the local audio production supplier, which provided two audio mixers and 16 handheld microphones. This allowed the Silent PA system to integrate with the wider event audio setup while giving delegates dedicated access to the required audio channels through individual receivers and headphones.
A site visit was completed ahead of the event to assist with system planning and coverage requirements.

Delivering Reliable Infrared Coverage in Outdoor Conditions

A key technical consideration was operating an infrared Silent PA system in an outdoor environment exposed to natural sunlight. With 400 delegates accessing audio across 16 channels and activity spread across 16 outdoor pop-up exhibition booths, careful radiator positioning and unobstructed coverage were important to maintaining consistent audio distribution throughout the listening areas.
During the event, the technical team identified a momentary audio issue where content from channel 14 was heard on channels 15 and 16. Congress Indonesia responded immediately and worked with the local audio supplier to identify and resolve the issue.
The problem was corrected without generating any complaints from delegates, demonstrating the value of having experienced technical personnel monitoring the system throughout the event.
Seamless Audio for 400 Delegates Across 16 Channels
The Pediatric Science and Health Summit was delivered successfully, with the Silent PA system providing delegates with convenient access to audio throughout the event. Despite the additional considerations of an outdoor installation and the need to manage 16 simultaneous audio channels, Congress Indonesia’s expertise allowed for a successful delivery, enabling speakers, specialists and delegates to focus on the scientific program and enjoy the event.
"Thank you very much for the support from the congress team. Everything went smoothly. I hope we can collaborate again in the future."
